Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
Yes, you can cancel your order, but only within 24 hours of placing it.
As per our policy, we re-confirm measurement with every customer before processing the order. You can cancel the order at that time as well. Just refuse to share your measurement or request the customer support member to put order on hold.
What products are eligible for return/exchange?*
We offer 100% refund on all products except End of Season Sale (mentioned in title of product)/Buy 1 Get 1 Free/End of Year Sale/Discount Code/Coupon Code Campaign orders/products within 7days of receipt of merchandise.
Kindly note that all our products are customised for every customer and lot of pain and effort goes into getting it right. Furthermore, after you return the product, the product which has been cut according to your height & size is of no use to us.
Hence, we shall be really grateful if you are considerate of this. Low returns will allow us to keep our product prices reasonable for all our patrons.
If there is a sizing/fitting issue, exchange or correction is available for all products. We shall get the product back to our workshop & make appropriate changes to it to suit you.

All exchanged items must be unwashed, and be free of perfume, makeup and deodorant stains, when received by us.
How soon do I have to make an exchange or return request?
All exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
How do I initiate the exchange process for products I purchase from Isadora Life?
Exchange or Return requests for products will be accepted only within 7 days of receipt of product. Please email us with your order no. at email@example.com or whatsapp on +91 83493 55990 to request an exchange or return.
In case of return, kindly share 2 images of product on whatsapp +91 83493 55990 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of exchange, kindly message/email on same numbers mentioned above.
How does the exchange/return process work?
- Once we receive your request either through email or through whatsapp, we'll give you a call and confirm the same.
- Next, depending on availability of reverse pick up, we will arrange pick up or we will request you to send the packet to us through courier.
- In case we arrange pick up, we will share tracking ID with you so that you can keep a track of your return parcel.
- In case, you have couriered it, kindly share the tracking ID of the courier you have sent the parcel through, with us over whatsapp +91 83493 55990 or email @ email@example.com
- Once we receive the product, we will send out the product requested by you for the exchange or initiate refund in case of return.
Please note, the entire exchange process, from initiating the request to delivering the requested exchange product or processing refund (in case of return) can take anywhere between 20-25 working days.
How can I cancel an exchange request?
To cancel your exchange request, you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order no and mail id within 24hrs of placing an exchange request.
The product delivered is incorrect. What should I do?
This is highly unlikely, but we always leave room for human error. In case you have received a wrong product, please notify us by email or call and we will initiate an immediate replacement or refund, as per your preference.
Do you charge any fee for product exchange?
We do not charge for an exchange. All exchanges are free.
Do I get charged for returning the product?
No charges are charged to you for returning the product.
Do I get a cash refund or amount reversed to my account incase I return products or cancel my order?
We provide 100% refund in case of returns in form of cash refund deposited into the bank account or wallet you used to make payment for the product.
