Is the shipping of my order free?
Yes, shipping is free for all orders within India. In case of international shipping, standard shipping charges as charged by courier partner apply.
Do you pay all Taxes for International Shipping?
At Isadora Life, we strive to offer a hassle-free international shipping experience. When shipping your order from India, we cover all applicable taxes and shipping charges up to the point it leaves India.
Please be aware that some countries may impose additional taxes or duties upon the arrival of your shipment at the local port. These charges are determined by the local authorities and are beyond our control.
In the event of such additional charges, it is the responsibility of the customer to settle them with the local authorities. While we cannot predict or prepay these fees, our customer service team is available to provide any necessary documentation or assistance to facilitate customs clearance.
What about Returns and Refunds/Exchanges?
We offer 100% Refunds and Returns for all deliveries within India within 7 days of receipt of product. In case a coupon of more than Rs 350 is used by customer at checkout, then Refund/Return is not applicable.
For Orders with delivery address outside of India, we are unable to offer Refund and Return. Having said that, many of our customers are Non Resident Indians who happen to visit India sometime or other. In that case, when they are in India, we offer pick up and exchange for them.
What if I want what I bought ASAP?
If you are in Raipur, the earliest we can deliver is 48 hours.To get an express delivery, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order no. to place the request, and we will check and let you know the earliest delivery time.
Please note, an extra surcharge of INR 250 would be levied for the express delivery within India. Express shipping internationally is not available at the moment.
Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.
How can I track my order?

If you do not have an Isadora Life account, then please mail us your order no and email id using which you had placed an order, and we will check and give you your order status.
