Is the shipping of my order free?

Yes, shipping is free for all orders within India. In case of international shipping, Shipping is free. But, certain local tariffs at the receipt country may be payable by the customer.

What about COD (Cash on Delivery) orders? 
COD orders are available in India. However, in case of few restrictive, remote or PIN codes not serviced by our courier partners for COD, cash on delivery, we request the customer to make the order prepaid.
Also, some of the products which are high value or made to order, we request the customer to make full or part pre-payment through official payment gateway and this is immediately adjustable in final amount payable at delivery. 

Having said that, as a legitimate business, we reserve the right to accept any orders or cancel any order or modify it. Ofcourse, in the event we have to cancel a prepaid order, we will refund the amount received. 

What if I ship my saree for conversion into stitched and it gets damaged during packing, ironing or stitching?

Our endevour is always to provide the best possible experience to the customer, but like every business and even offline tailoring or Ironing service, there is always a chance that there could be some damage in 0.5% of orders. We have built very high quality protocols and processes but human error cannot be fully eliminated. 

So, in that case, we shall refund the amount paid by customer for conversion. In addition to that, our in-house designers will offer to make different design/style so that fabric is usable. 

 

 

Do you pay all Taxes for International Shipping? 

At Isadora Life, we strive to offer a hassle-free international shipping experience. 

USA customers will NOT have to pay any additional tariffs/duties on your orders. We have taken all steps needed to pay upfront duty but due to volatile geo-political situations, there could be some uncertainities. 

Please be aware that some countries may impose additional taxes or duties upon the arrival of your shipment at the local port. These charges are determined by the local authorities and are beyond our control.

In the event of such additional charges, it is the responsibility of the customer to settle them with the local authorities. While we cannot predict or prepay these fees, our customer service team is available to provide any necessary documentation or assistance to facilitate customs clearance.

What about Returns and Refunds/Exchanges? 

We offer 100% Exchange/ Refunds and Returns for all deliveries within India within 7 days of receipt of product. In case a coupon of more than Rs 200 is used by customer at checkout, then Refund/Return is not applicable. However, Exchange/ Alteration/ Credit Note option is available for all orders irrespective of coupon value for orders shipped across India. 

For Orders with delivery address outside of India, we are unable to offer Refund and Return. Having said that, many of our customers are Non Resident Indians who happen to visit India sometime or other. In that case, when they are in India, we offer pick up and exchange for them. 

What if I want what I bought ASAP?

If you are in Raipur, the earliest we can deliver is 48 hours. To get an express delivery, please email us at neha@isadoralife.com with your order no. to place the request, and we will check and let you know the earliest delivery time.

Please note, an extra surcharge of INR 350 would be levied for the express delivery within India. Express shipping internationally is not available at the moment.

Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.
