An engineer, MBA (Finance) by qualification, corporate finance professional by vocation and dreamer by choice, Neha found her mojo a year ago when she was researching a hospital location on behalf of her doctor husband across peripheries of Raipur.

Her i-banker corporate attire was too much for these interior villages/towns and she had to adorn the most acceptable form of attire, saree which took away almost an hour everyday and forced her to stay de-hydrated the entire day for fear of spoiling the pleats of her saree.

These visits drove home two points – saree was an immensely comfortable garment in tropical climate but it was also tremendously difficult to wear and manage.

And, thus began her quest to simplify these 9 yards and create Wrap in 1 Minute Saree with the production team at Isadora Life.

Neha’s Superpower – Ability to work 20 hours a day and relentless passion and ability to take quick decisions ensures speedy execution.

Deepika, a commerce graduate and Company Secretary aspirant, is not just the face of Isadora Life but also caretaker of inventory, dispatch as well as scheduling of production. She manages all the day-to-day operations related at Isadora Life.

A homemaker and freelancing as a ladies tailor for 15+ years, Laxmi brings tremendous amount of knowledge about designing, stitching and finishing. Lakshmi leads new product initiatives at Isadora Life. She constantly re-imagines existing products in markets, prototypes samples and creates production checklists to make them ready for production.

Lakshmi’s Superpower – Her inquisitive mind, honest approach and customer centric thought process while creating new products.

A homemaker and freelancing as a ladies tailor for 10+ years, Memin brings focus, discipline and templatization of the product prototypes provided by Lakshmi. Memin was the first team member to join Isadora Life in last week of February, 2019.

Having worked as a freelancing ladies tailor for 5+ years, Seema knows the nuts and bolts of stitching. She shadows Memin and works on pre-production and production tasks assigned to her.

Seema’s Superpower – Her perseverance and commitment to learning and upskilling herself makes her precious

Having worked as a house help for several years and recently finished sewing/stitching training course, Hiroundi works as a trainee with Isadora Life. Hiroundi is majorly involved in pre-production and post-production tasks in the checklist.

Hiroundi’s Superpower – Extremely diligent, sincere and quick to grasp

3 years old, friendly, strong willed and survives purely on good looks and affable nature within and outside the organisation. He is quick to sense when there is a chance to play or get a treat.

Chubbu’s Superpower – Immensely loveable, inspires absolute loyalty without doing any work and basically just "sitting pretty", gets all his wishes fulfilled without saying a word.
